Last week John was in Wyoming for work. We were so happy to have him home. Saturday we decided to go out and have some fun. We went swimming. It wasn't as warm as Makaylee would have liked, so we only lasted an hour.
After swimming, John took us out for Snowies. Makaylee was not too cold for this treat. She loves them and mom is always so good to share. While we were eating our shaved ice, we got this crazy idea to go to the carnival.
John was really excited to play the games and win a prize for Makaylee. He popped all three balloons. We thought he would've won a bigger prize, but it's ok Makaylee loves the "quack quack" he won for her.
Makaylee loved all of the lights and to watch the rides; however, she was not a fan of riding the rides. We only took her on the Merry-Go-Round, but she did not like it once it started to go round. I was on the horse next to her, so I had her sit with me and she was fine. Hopefully, next year it will be fun to ride on her own horse and a few other rides.

What a fun day. We went to the carnival for a few minutes too, but we weren't as fun. We just got strawberries and cream and skipped the rides. I'm glad John is back and hope he gets to stay home for the rest of the summer.
Aren't you too big for the merry-go-round? haha I think it's funny even if the carnival worker didn't.
